Red Oak Chamber Coffee

Nishna Productions, Inc. will be hosting a chamber coffee in Red Oak on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, in the community room at the Wilson Performing Arts Center. NPI will be honoring all of their Montgomery and Mills county volunteers. Refreshments will be served. The public is encouraged to attend this special event.

18th Annual NPI Golf Benefit

Thursday, July 12, 2012
American Legion Golf Course
Shenandoah, Iowa.
This benefit is a four person best ball and the cost is $50.00 per person. The cost includes golf, mulligans, lunch at registration, with hors d'oeuvres afterwards and great prizes on every hole, as well as flight prizes.
To register your team please call the American Legion Pro Shop at 712-246-3308. Proceeds will go towards the "Builders of Lives" Fundraising Campaign.

What's New at NPI?

NPI VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER PROJECT

The July 29, 2011, groundbreaking ceremony at the new vocational training center building site at 210 South Broadway officially kicked off the construction of the 16,200 square foot building project. Sherri Clark, Executive Director, met with representatives from Oakview Construction and JFSCO Engineering about the status of the project. After that meeting, she expects the building to be completed by mid-February 2012.

The project is a great example of the agency’s commitment to provide exceptional opportunities for individuals with disabilities, so that they can reach their personal goals and be contributing members of their communities.

Company Profile

Nishna Productions, Inc. was founded in 1974 by a group of concerned citizens from Southwest Iowa. The first services were offered to seven individuals with disabilities. After more than 35 years, NPI serves approximately 200 individuals with disabilities, and employs 150 staff. Some of the services we provide are Work Activity, Adult Day Activity Program, Personal & Social Adjustment, Residential Services, Home & Community Based Services, and Employment Resources. We have facilities in Shenandoah, Red Oak, Malvern, Sidney, Glenwood, and Council Bluffs, Iowa.
