A Message from the President of the Board of Directors

At the sake of repeating myself, we’ve seen another year pass.  Everyone has been busy keeping Nishna progressive and innovative.

The big project this year has been fund raising for our new laundry facility for which everyone has worked so hard.  The staff and clients cannot be complimented enough for all their efforts in finding financing to keep this project viable.  Ground breaking has been done and we are on our way to a new facility.

Looking to the future, Nishna Productions, we must continue to share our mission with clients and families.  But the organization must also find ways to reach out to those who know nothing about the organization or its mission.  We need to think outside the box and continue that path, knowing that we never really know what God has in mind for us.

Significant challenges are ahead for Nishna Productions from a changing political, societal and financial landscape.  But Nishna Productions also has a unique opportunity to be “one of the primary architects for engineering care delivery in the future” by being willing to experiment and take risks.  Our clients depend on us and by doing so, Nishna has an opportunity to emerge as an industry leader.

The cost of care for our clients is rising.  Conversely the ability to afford care is becoming more difficult, thus forcing sometimes difficult tradeoffs when evaluating one’s options.  This also places increasing pressure on those companies that offer services.

Challenges for Nishna Productions include finding ways to reach out and support family and informal caregivers in areas where the organization offers services.  Other challenges:  helping clients find ways to “age in place” in their homes and communities, and being able to respond to an increase in demand for reasonably-priced and accessible care.

Just remember, we at Nishna Productions consider no one “average.”  We consider everyone special within their abilities, and the board and staff will do everything we can to protect and insure that God given right.

Each year brings a new challenge, but let me assure you that the staff and board will do all in our power to keep this organization an A-1 provider.
