Habilitation Services
Habilitation Services are
available to individuals who meet the functional criteria for chronic mental
illness. These services are designed to assist individuals in acquiring,
retaining and improving the self-help skills necessary for them to reside
successfully in home and community—based settings. Services include home-based
Habilitation Services, Day Habilitation Services, Pre-Vocational Services and
Supported Employment.
